My Two Boys!

It's such a grand thing to be a mother! I count it a blessing to be a mommie... I'm thankful for my two heathly boys! They are such a joy to me and I love them dearly!!

Napping Together.....

I found these two napping together the other day.... I think this dog has it tooooooooo good!

I love you more!

Jackson and I have this thing that we do no less than 5 times a day.... It goes like this....

Me: "I love you Jackson!"
Jackson: "I love you mommy!"
Me: "I love you more!"
Jackson: "No, I love you more!"
Me: "Nope, I'm pretty sure I love you more!"
Jackson: "Okay."

so... no less than 5 times a day...

Well, today we start this again..... and Jackson said the sweetest thing to me and I just had to post it....

Me: "I love you Jackson!"
Jackson: "I love you mommy!"
Me: "I love you more!"
Jackson: "No, I love you more!"
Me: "Nope, I'm pretty sure I love you more!"

Well, here is where Jackson said the sweetest thing... I could have cried....

In his sweet little voice ...

Jackson said: "Mommy, today can I love you more!"
Me: "Okay!"

White Shirt + Black Suit + Suspenders + Tie = Happy Jackson!

Here is a picture of Jackson getting ready this morning.... This is the first thing he does every morning is get dressed.... I'm telling you, I will never get blue jeans back on him... after buying him this suit,,,, He has cried and whinned to wear this suit every day since I bought it... UGH... He doesn't understand, we don't wear Church clothes for every day clothes... hmm... How to make him understand... Beats me..

Jackson calls these his "work suspenders"... He loves to wear these too... I put these on him every morning as well.... He spends his days baptizing people, preaching, signing and praying... He will get his little chair out and kneel down and pray and raise his hands and then get up and start preaching! He's too cute....

June decided she would take one of my pizza's... She said she needed to save her money for gas... she's too funny.... She was cracking me up!

I'm sitting here working and all the sudden Spencer starts going crazy - barking... I think David is home... NOPE... Who is it? It's Sha and June Bug.... they decided to come and terrorize me since they haven't done that in a while... hmmm... Thanks girls! :):):)

They are really great girls and lots of fun to be around.... They keep us laughing...

Happy Valentine's Day!

My hubby and I spent Valentine's Day at CHICK-FIL-A with the kids.... Dawson wanted Steak and Shake and Jackson wanted CHICK-FIL-A.... We tried Steak and Shake first, but it was way too crowded... There was a line out the door... So we opted for Jackson's choice and I'm so glad we did... We got to eat with some great friends of ours! It was too funny.... We were standing in line ordering and here comes our friends.... So we ate and let the kids play and we just sat and talked...

We tried to get in two different Outbacks and they had two hour waits (nope, not doing that)... We can eat at Outback another day and not wait 2 hours! :) We checked Steak and Shake as well and we just decided it was going to be that way everywhere, so we gave up...

We plan to go out this next week for our real "Valentine's Celebration"...

Dawson's Valentine's Party at School....

Jackson and I attended Dawson's Valentine's Party at school today.... It was a nice little party with lots of treats!

Jackson got a SUIT!

This little boy loves to dress like his Daddy and Papaw.... He loves suits, white shirts, ties, suspenders, dress socks and dress shoes... He has wanted to dress this way for at least 2 years now... I've been holding off on the whole suit thing, because I'm not real big on suits for toddlers, but I waited about as long as I could.... He has a black velvet jacket and he cries to wear it every Sunday and every Wednesday... So, I had to do something... I'm so sick of seeing that jacket and hearing him cry about it.... Last night, we made a trip to T.J. Maxx and found him a SUIT! We got lucky... We bought a 4 pc set (shirt, pants, jacket and tie) for a good deal... Yay!
