July 12, 13 & 14 - Drama Conference

We went to Drama Conference this week and it was totally AWESOME!!! We had the best time.... We left on Thursday morning and we returned on Saturday evening... It was Heather, Denise, LaDessa, Tori, Kayla and myself..... We had such a awesome time just learning new stuff and laughing and drinking AMP! Wow... What can I say about AMP, it's great if you need some energy..... Anyway, we came home refreshed with our much needed vacation away......

June 22, 2007 - In memory of Grandpa....

Today grandpa has been gone a year... It's hard to believe... It's been a hard year for us - we miss grandpa very bad... I think Jackson doesn't even realize that grandpa is gone, but for Dawson it's been very rough.... We go by the grave every few weeks and Dawson will just cry and cry and talk about grandpa the whole way home... I know in time it will get a little easier, but for now it's still really hard and we really miss grandpa and we can't wait to see him in Heaven!!!

This is my brother and sister-in-law and my nephew ELI..... He was dedicated to the Lord on June 24, 2007!!! He was so good - he just sat up and looked around while his dedication was going on..... He's a little doll and I miss him very much!

June 24, 2006 - Eli's Baby Dedication

Today was Eli's Baby Dedication... He sat right up on his mommy and was so good!!! He's such a sweet baby and his eyes are just amazing....

I'm a BLOGGER now.....

I've made a decision to blog.... I've been wanting to for a long time - just really haven't had time to do it.... I love getting on my family and friends blogs - when I get a free moment (which is not very often) and reading about their day or reading about my niece and nephew... So I thought this would be a great way for my "out of town" family to keep up with us and see pictures as well and I think this is a cool way to do it!!!

Today was a very busy day - had lots of errands to do.... First on my list today was Home Goods, then I went to Green hills mall to return something, took Jackson to get a haircut and I went to a place in Hendersonville to get a pedicure, went over to Destry's and hung out until Mark and David met us at the "new" Mexican restaurant behind Destry's house for dinner, then after dinner we went to Amy and Marty's house for Vovie's birthday party... We had a really good time.. Anyway, it was back to Destry's - where we all four moved a wooden swing set and trampoline... Very tired and I worked till 3:00am......

So it's been a very busy week so far for us and there's more ahead..... We are getting new carpet on Monday, so some of our friends are coming to help get everything out of our house on Sunday night.....
