I took off a couple of hours this morning so David and I could take the boys to breakfast and take Dawson to school.... Today was a half day of school for Dawson, so he was excited about that! We had a little bit of a rough time this morning with Dawson.... I think he was mostly worried about starting Middle School and not sure what to expect... He has to know everything about everything and when he doesn't, he can't handle it.... He was unsure of a few things and it was things I could ask when we got to school, but he worried about it Sunday evening and all morning long... Poor little guy... I felt so sorry for him and it just broke my heart because I wanted to make it all better for him and I didn't want him to worry about anything but no matter what I said he was going to worry anyway.... -
We got to school found out what he needed to know and he was fine... He asked me if I would stay with him but I told him I had to go back to work and he was fine.... I went back at 11:45 pm to pick him up and he was all SMILES! He had a great day and he likes his school and his teacher and he has some friends in his class that were in his class last year and life is GOOD! Yay! This is going to be a great year!
