Thursday morning, we attended service and Bro. Chessor did awesome! We ate lunch and David took Dawson to the Bat Museum and my mother-in-law, Jackson and I went to Value City...

We came back and went to church that night.. Bro. Carpenter preached and David was in Heaven! After church, David and I were headed to the restaurant downstairs to eat and we saw Bro. Carpenter and we stopped to talk to him and I got a picture of them!

Wednesday June 25, 2008 - Louisville Zoo...

I went to the WE Ladies Meeting ... I was an hour early, so I went back to my room and layed down... After the ladies meeting, we went to eat lunch with my mother and father-in-law and then my mother-in-law and I took the kids to the ZOO! We had a good time, but it was so HOT! I was never so glad to see they added a splash park! We went a few years ago when David had to work in Louisville and I was expecting Jackson.... It was hot then too and they didn't have a splash park!

We got back to our hotel around 6:00 pm and we rushed to get ready for church.... After church, we went to eat with David and Marlena...

Tuesday June 24, 2009 - Headed to Louisville, Ky

Here's how they started out after breakfast....

We got up and headed out for Louisville, Ky for General Conference... We stopped in Portland and ate at Waffle House.... Yummy! David wanted Cracker Barrel and Dawson wanted Waffle House, so you know Dawson won and we ate at Waffle House!

We arrived in Louisville, Ky around 2:00 pm and by the time we got there and unloaded and got to our room it was about 3:00 pm..... David went and found his mom and we went and visited her room and then we went to eat dinner in the restaurant in the hotel... It was very good!

We came back to our room and layed down for a bit and then it was time to get ready for church.... We made it to church around 8:00 pm and the kids and I left around 9:00 pm so I could take them to the pool for a little bit... After church, we went to our room and went to bed! We were very tired....

2 Years ago on Sunday..... June 22, 2008

2 years ago on June 22, 2008... He passed away... My heart is heavy... The "miss" never goes away, but I know in time it will get easier.... Looking forward to then! :)

David got off early today and came home and we took Dawson, Jackson, and Mason and to the Cheatham Dam swimming..... We were out there about 4 hours.... I hate the stinky water, but once you get use to it, it's okay. We went a couple of weeks ago and we had Brayden with us and the kids had the best time..... Dawson and Jackson love it! They beg to go....

Thursday night, we went to Summer Fest in Ashland City... It's like a Fair..... It started about 3 years ago..... We've been every year at least twice while it was going on, but tonight was our only night to go since I have so much to do between now and when we leave to go out of town on Tuesday morning.
